Assessor's Office Forms and Applications

The Assessors' Agent prepares the property record cards and makes recommendations to the elected Board of Assessors regarding property valuation pricing, tax abatements, supplemental tax bills, and handles matters regarding property tax cards/maps and the computerized assessing and GIS mapping programs. If you wish to receive a copy of a property record card, please email ljunkins@thomastonmaine.gov with the address or map and lot of the parcel and we will send it back via email as soon as possible.
