The Assessors' Agent prepares the property record cards and makes recommendations to the elected Board of Assessors regarding property valuations, tax abatements, supplemental tax bills, and handles matters regarding property tax cards/maps and the computerized assessing and GIS mapping programs. If you wish to receive a copy of a property record card, code-assessing@thomastonmaine.gov with the parcel map and lot and/or address and we will reply with the requested card as soon as possible.
