Metaphysical Artisan Fair Vendor Application

Welcome to the Thomaston Fall Festival Metaphysical Artisan Fair! We're looking for a unique mix of artists, makers, collectors, and practitioners to create an unforgettable event.

Applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse vendor selection. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applicants will receive an email regarding their application within one week of submission.

Vendor Fee: $20 (Payable by cash or check to the Town Of Thomaston)
Space Size: 10' x 10'

Vendor Information

Acknowledgement & Vendor Agreement

Please read carefully before submitting your application.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that submission of this application does not reserve a vendor space or guarantee acceptance.
• Vendor applications are reviewed by the Thomaston Recreation Department to provide a balanced and diverse event.
• I will receive an email regarding my acceptance status within one week of submitting this application.
• If accepted, I agree to arrive at/after 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
• All vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the vendor area by 9:30 AM.
• My booth must be fully set up and ready for visitors no later than 9:50AM.
• I agree to remain set up until at least 2:00 PM unless prior approval is granted by the Recreation Director. Vendors are welcome to stay later if they choose.
• At the conclusion of the event, I agree to remove all displays, merchandise, trash, and personal property, leaving my assigned space clean and free of debris.
• I understand that I am responsible for supplying my own tables, chairs, canopy, display equipment, extension cords, and any other materials needed for my booth.
• I understand that the Town of Thomaston and the Thomaston Recreation Department are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for weather-related conditions.

Vendor Payment Agreement

I understand that my $20 vendor fee is due upon acceptance.

Payment should be made by:

• Mailing payment to the "Town of Thomaston” with the memo: Fall Festival Craft Fair, or
• Dropping payment off at the Thomaston Municipal Building.

Day-of-event payment is only permitted with prior approval from the Recreation Director.

Failure to confirm with the Rec Director or submit payment by the requested deadline (10/10/2026) may result in my vendor space being offered to another applicant.
