- I certify that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee approval of a mooring permit and that all applications are subject to review and approval by the Town of Thomaston Harbor Master.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for complying with all applicable Town of Thomaston ordinances, harbor regulations, state laws, and safety requirements related to moorings and vessel operation.
- I understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial, suspension, or revocation of mooring privileges.
- By typing my name and submitting this application electronically, I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature and is binding for all purposes related to this application.
- I acknowledge that electronic records submitted through this system may be retained by the Town of Thomaston as official municipal records.
