• Free Agent – an individual player looking to be placed on a team

League Participation Acknowledgement

By participating in the Thomaston Recreation Department Adult Softball League, I understand and agree that:

• Official team rosters must be submitted at Rules Night on May 5th.
• League fees are due at Rules Night on May 5th.
• All participants must follow the Adult Softball League Rules and Code of Conduct.
• The Recreation Department reserves the right to enforce league rules and remove participants who fail to comply.

Liability Waiver

Participation in recreational sports involves physical activity and risk of injury. By registering for the Thomaston Recreation Department Adult Softball League, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I agree to release and hold harmless the Town of Thomaston and the Thomaston Recreation Department, including its employees and volunteers, from any claims or liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of participation in league activities.

NOTE: ALL PLAYERS WILL ALSO NEED TO SIGN THE THOMASTON RECREATION DEPARTMENT ADULT RECREATION LIABILITY WAIVER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PLAY.
