There is also a group of trips that we schedule throughout the summer, and a fall shopping trip typically held in November.

 Adult Programs

The Thomaston Recreation Department offers a variety of coed adult programs designed to promote fitness, fun, and community engagement. Our offerings include popular recreational sports such as pick-up basketball, softball, and kickball, providing opportunities for adults of all skill levels to stay active and connect with others. In addition to regular programming, the department organizes several community benefit games throughout the year, bringing residents together in support of local causes. We are also proud to collaborate with the Rockland Recreation Department, encouraging Thomaston residents to take part in their diverse range of activities and events, further strengthening regional community ties.
