Get ready to mark your calendars because the annual Spring Block Party is back and better than ever! On Saturday, May 25th, and Sunday, May 26th, Thomaston is the place to be for a weekend packed with family-friendly fun and community connection.
Saturday's Festivities:
Join us behind the business block and on the lawn surrounding the Municipal Building (13 Valley St., Thomaston) from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for a vibrant array of activities. Delight in the artisanal wonders of our Maker's Market, showcasing handcrafted goods, delectable treats, and unique creations from talented local makers. Plus, don't miss the chance to support our budding entrepreneurs at Young Entrepreneurs Alley, where young business minds under 17 can shine with their innovative creations!
The beats will be pumping with live music performances at 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, and 1:30 pm, ensuring a lively atmosphere for all. Kids will have a blast in our dedicated Kid's Zone, featuring a bounce house and children's entertainment. And when hunger strikes, satisfy your cravings with tasty delights from our food vendors, including favorites like the Here, Hold My Cone ice cream truck and Ruckus Donuts.
But the fun doesn't stop there! Engage in friendly competition with our downtown scavenger hunt, contribute to our community art project of folding 1000 paper cranes, or unwind with lawn games and demo classes at our health and wellness expo.

Sunday's Highlight:
On Sunday, May 26th, join us for a community yard sale day from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by a community picnic at Thomaston Green Park at 11:30 am. It's the perfect opportunity to snag some treasures and enjoy a leisurely picnic with friends and neighbors.
