Town Hall - Town Hall Streams

Select Board meetings are normally held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at the Thomaston Municipal Building located at 13 Valley Street, Thomaston, ME 04861. The main entrance is at the back of the building. Occasionally this schedule may vary due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Town of Thomaston is governed by a five-member Town Board that consists of the Select Board Chair, a Select Board Vice-Chair and three members, who all serve three-year terms. The elected Select Board members operate in accordance with Title 30-A M.R.S.A Section 2635. The Select Board serves as a town's chief executive body and have overall responsibility for the general operations of town government.
