These are the maps that show our current understanding of how each parcel in Thomaston fits in with all of the other parcels in Thomaston. There is an ongoing project to compare each parcel's shape with the appropriate deed(s) to verify that we have the best information available. We use Geographic Information System (GIS) software to prepare these maps and base our land assessments on the volume computed by the system, which does not always match exactly what the deed says.
